BOI REGISTRATION
Many are hearing about the Beneficial Ownership Information reporting, otherwise known as BOI. If you business was in existence prior to January 1, 2024, you have until January 1, 2025 to register. If your business is new after January 1, 2024, then you only have 90 days to register. We advise that you seek legal counsel and make sure if your business needs to register and if they can assist.
